AVault Review^©: Looking at AquaNox is an absolute delight. Still, although the quality of this title is more than skin deep, no other facet comes close to matching the outstanding visuals. Although the control problem is severe, it’s not so debilitating it ruins the gameplay. In a sense, your reaction to AquaNox depends on what you expect. If you want an undersea simulation or oceanic real-time strategy, then forget it; but if what you desire is arcade action in a novel and challenging context, then it fits the bill. So, fellow underwater action fans, join me in the deep blue sea for an extended plunge. - Bob Mandel
