AVault Review (2.5/5)^©: Highland Warriors is a noble effort and is highly playable, if never tremendously exciting. While the specifics of the setting might be novel, the gameplay consists of ground that has already been covered by better titles, some many years old and sitting in bargain bins. What Highland Warriors does do to distinguish itself, from its graphics engine to its strategy enhancements, is hopelessly overwrought and adds very little, if anything, to the experience as a whole.
