AVault Review (3.5/5)^©: With a clear emphasis on strategy, Europa 1400 succeeds at offering a fresh perspective in a unique environment. Sadly, the game lacks the polish that would`ve made it outstanding. Awkward controls and a poor menu system diminish its value, and the horribly executed combat drags the score down even further. Europa 1400 is the kind of game that takes patience and lenience, but offers a bevy of novel rewards for players willing to overlook a few flaws.
